Please note the below changes to our eModal based appointment system effective Monday, 11/19:
- Appointment times are available in 1 hour blocks. Your total allowance will be 1/2 an hour on the front end and 1/2 an hour on the back end – making the appointment window a total of 2 hours.
- Appointment slot BEFORE lunch (1200-1300 day shift, 2200-2300 night shift) will have 1 hour allowance on the FRONT end only.
- Appointment slot AFTER lunch will have 1 hour allowance on the FRONT end only, BEFORE lunch.
No dual transactions will be granted after 0130 on 2nd shifts, or 1530 on 1st shifts – on days without a follow-up shift. Please plan accordingly.
Appointments are provided on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to use Advanced Reservation or securing appointments as soon as the container is discharged to ensure you schedule an appointment of your preference. Appointments can be booked up to 5 days prior to vessel arrival using Advanced Reservation Requests.
